Every young person deserves great friendships.
We help the adults in their life make it happen.
HOW IT ALL STARTED
Dr Mary Kaspar
D Psych (Clin) - Clinical Psychologist - Adjunct Senior

Dr Mary Kaspar, a clinical psychologist and mother to three daughters, spent 20 years working one-to-one with people overcoming challenges - until one day, a young person she was working with told her: "Can you please tell everybody this?"
That moment led Mary to write the bestselling book The Popular Girls, and eventually to create The Friendship Project - a five-module toolkit for all things friendships, built on the Friendship Field Framework: a structured way of understanding and guiding friendships. It's grounded in the belief that a young person's community is usually the key to helping them build the relationships they need to flourish.
